"We are not looking for handouts, but partnership."
Taken from The Heavenly Man by Brother Yun
Biblical conviction. Relational confidence. Practical strategy. Everything you need to
build ministry partnerships that last.

For twenty-two years, Brian served military teens across Germany and Italy with Youth For Christ Military — closing every fiscal year in the black by building teams of committed ministry partners. Five international moves. Three kids raised in three countries. Hundreds of ministry partners.
Thousands of lives impacted.
Now flying as a commercial pilot and certified flight instructor, Brian still carries the heart of a pastor. Through The Partnership Blueprint, he equips God's people to develop ministry partners with Biblical conviction, relational confidence, and practical strategies — so you can honor the Lord and your network at the same time.
If you're ready to build sustainable ministry partnerships without compromising your
calling, you're in the right place!

THE PROBLEM
Most missionaries carry a God-sized vision for their community but struggle to build a network large enough to match it. The tension between your calling and budget is real. It's a quiet weight many leaders carry: a vision that outgrows its funding, month after month.

At The Partnership Blueprint, we operate from a deep conviction that ministry was never meant to be done alone. From the beginning, it was always God's plan to unite His people around His Kingdom purposes for His Glory.

So the real problem isn't your calling, and it isn't your budget. It's this: you haven't yet inspired and invited your network — your circles of influence — into the vision God gave you to see more of heaven on earth.

Bridging that gap in a way that honors God and the network He's given you is exactly what The Partnership Blueprint does!
